Well, they had me figure up how much time I actually spent on the job over the course of the last three weeks...(which isn't much)
Then I told them what that worked out to by the hour...
they decided that distributing the magazine that goes to our members is not covered under my contract and that I should get paid for doing that...based on the hourly rate that I stated... three times more than the highest paying job I've ever had.
And Tracy relayed comments from them about me being "under-appreciated"
Have I mentioned I like my current job?
Set my own hours, the bosses like my work (ok one of them is my wife but hey...that doesn't require her to like my work), I work at home (so I can keep an eye on the kids), the job pays expenses (paper, ink, phone bill for the work line, tapes, blank cds, labels, etc.)
