I painted my AC shade today. Painted it black. (Duryea left like 8 cans of black spray paint behind...)

I also finally got around to fixing the bedroom doors upstairs. They had been catching on the carpet making them hard to move through their arc of movement easily.

I took them off the hinges and sawed about a quarter inch off the bottom of each door (two of them).

Took me all of 15 minutes....for both...and that includes putting them back on the hinges.

Now Mike wants a night light so he can shut his door at bedtime....sigh.
